OUR FOSTER NETWORK
Our services are only as good as our foster network. These critically important pet parents are called upon at a moment’s notice to foster an animal we have received through domestic abuse shelters, police departments or victim’s advocates. The length of time may vary as these victims take the time necessary to get their lives back in order. It could be a few days to a few weeks to a couple of months. But always, our goal is to reunite these pets back with their owners as soon as possible.
Hush Puppy Haven accepts anything from dogs and cats to birds, livestock and more. If you have any preferences, you may indicate them on the application.
Hush Puppy Haven’s foster program is strictly confidential.
We handle all pet transport, food, supplies, and any necessary vet care.
You provide the loving home.
Fostering is a great way to give back and enjoy the companionship of a pet without the long term commitment and expense of actual ownership. It is also a great way for your own pets to have a friend to socialize with. It is rewarding to see these pets thrive in a safe, loving home environment.
